The Brief

IMRA's challenge stemmed from a website that fell short of reflecting their trailblazing spirit and distinct brand identity. Their advanced approach to surgical training, leveraging online education, virtual reality, 3D video, simulators, and synthetic organ models, wasn't adequately mirrored on their website. Additionally, as a rapidly growing company with global expansion plans, they needed to rebrand from AMRA to IMRA and introduce an e-commerce solution to support Pindari's surgical training products.

Koben's insightful advice, high technical proficiency, and forward-thinking approach have been instrumental in creating our web platform. Their proactive solutions and ability to anticipate future needs reflect a level of foresight that will pay off as our business goes global.

The Solution

To overcome these hurdles, Koben formed a close alliance with IMRA stakeholders and Arthur St, diving deep into IMRA's objectives and user personas. This understanding laid the foundation for the website redesign, with multiple rounds of client feedback and revisions to ensure perfect alignment with IMRA's vision. Recognizing the need for a fast user-friendly website, Koben chose the ReactJS framework NextJS for its development, a decision that proved vital in crafting a quick, seamless site that could smoothly integrate with a headless CMS and e-commerce platform.

This choice of NextJS paved the way for a lightning-fast site, boasting a swift Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) load time of just 672 milliseconds, significantly enhancing the user experience. Moreover, the website was future-proofed with the ability to effortlessly integrate with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Saelor, setting the stage for the easy sale of Pindari's synthetic organs.

The Outcome

The outcome was a stunning, ultra-fast website that perfectly embodied IMRA's innovative spirit, earning an impressive 100% page score on GTmetrix. The website's transformation was met with high praise from board members, as it now precisely mirrors the brand's progressive nature and sets the stage for smooth e-commerce integration when IMRA expands in the future.

This project serves as a shining example of Koben's prowess in creating bespoke websites that not only fulfill client specifications but elevate their digital presence. By deeply understanding IMRA's unique needs and harnessing the power of the right technology, Koben delivered a high-performing, future-proof website that stands ready to grow alongside IMRA.

The team's expertise not only shone through in the execution of tasks but also in the strategic recommendations that you provided along the way. This guidance proved invaluable in transforming our vision into a reality. Your proficiency in web development has resulted in a static site that is not only fit for purpose but one that truly stands out.
